About This Service

What gutter cleaning actually looks like

Gutter cleaning is what we do every day. On most East Tennessee homes, a proper cleaning means pulling out packed leaves, pine needles, oak tassels, sweetgum balls, and shingle grit — not blowing debris onto the roof and calling it done. We use commercial gutter-vacuum equipment when the situation calls for it (dry lots, tough access, cabin turns where mess matters), and standard professional methods when that's the better tool for the job.

We clean every foot of gutter, clear every downspout end-to-end, and finish with a full system inspection so we know the water actually leaves the roof. All debris is bagged and removed from your property, and we send before & after photos so you can see exactly what came out and how the gutters look now.

Most single-story homes take 45–90 minutes. Two-story homes or properties with heavy tree cover usually take 2–3 hours. We schedule same-week when we can, and most quotes come back the same day you ask.

Warning Signs

When to call us out

Any one of these is worth a look. Two or more usually means the problem's been quietly building.

Water overflowing the front edge

In a hard rain, water pouring over the front of the gutter instead of down the spout almost always means a clog.

Streaks or stains on siding

Dark tiger-stripe streaks below the gutter line usually mean the gutter has been overflowing repeatedly.

Plants growing in the gutter

If you can see seedlings, moss, or grass sprouting up out of the trough, the gutter has been holding water and soil for a while.

Six-plus months since the last cleaning

Most East Tennessee homes need cleaning twice a year — spring and after leaf-drop in late fall.

    Same-day quote

Text us photos of your gutters or fill out the online form. Most quotes come back the same day.

    Professional cleaning

Every foot of gutter is cleaned properly, using commercial vacuum equipment when it's the right tool for the property. Nothing is blown onto the roof or left in the yard.

  4. 4

    Downspout clearing

Each downspout is cleared end-to-end so we know it's flowing freely.

  5. 5

    Final inspection

We walk the full system and confirm water leaves the roof the way it should before we call the job done.

  6. 6

    Photos & invoice

You get before & after photos and a clear invoice — no surprises.

Honest Pricing

What this costs

One-story homes start at $169 and two-story homes at $269. Large or complex homes are quoted individually — every property is a little different, and we'd rather give you an accurate number than a lowball estimate.

FAQ

Common questions about gutter cleaning

How often should I clean my gutters in East Tennessee?

+

Twice a year is right for most homes — once in late spring after the pollen and seed drop, and again in late fall after the last leaves come down. Homes surrounded by pine or oak often benefit from a third cleaning.

Do I need to be home?

+

No. As long as we have safe access to the roofline and gates are unlocked, you don't need to be there. We send before & after photos when the job is complete.

Will you get debris on my roof or lawn?

+

No. Debris goes into buckets, tarps, or our commercial vacuum when we're using it, then everything is bagged and hauled off. Blowing debris onto the roof is faster for the crew but hard on shingles and rude to the homeowner.

Do you clean gutters with existing gutter guards?

+

No. We do not clean gutters that have existing guards in place. Gutter guards must be removed first so we can properly clean the troughs and assess the system. We do offer gutter guard removal as a separate service.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

+

We reschedule. Cleaning wet, slick gutters isn't safe and doesn't produce as clean a result. We'll call or text as early as we can if the day looks bad.
