About This Service

What minor gutter repairs actually looks like

A lot of gutter problems don't need a replacement — they need someone on a ladder for fifteen minutes with the right screws and a bead of sealant. We handle those small repairs during your cleaning visit whenever we safely can.

Common fixes we do on-site: retightening or replacing loose gutter hangers, re-securing a section pulling away from the fascia, resealing a leaking end cap or seam, tightening downspout bands, and re-aligning slightly sagging runs.

We're upfront about scope. We're a small, focused crew — we do gutter cleaning and the repairs that go hand-in-hand with it. Full gutter replacement, brand-new installs, and complex fascia rebuilds are outside what we do, and we'll say so plainly if that's what your home needs.

Warning Signs

When to call us out

Any one of these is worth a look. Two or more usually means the problem's been quietly building.

Visible sag between hangers

A dip in the middle of a run usually means a hanger has pulled or the fascia behind it is soft.

Gutter separating from the fascia

You can see daylight between the top of the gutter and the fascia board — usually a hanger or two has failed.

Downspout hanging loose

Straps or bands come loose after a heavy storm or after ice season. Easy fix while we're there.

One corner constantly leaking

Mitered corners loosen and pull apart over the years. A tight reseal usually solves it.

Our Process

How the job actually happens

  1. 1

    Diagnose while we clean

We assess repair needs as we work through the gutter runs — you don't pay for a separate visit.

  2. 2

    Quote before we fix

We tell you what needs to happen, how long it'll take, and what it'll cost before we touch anything beyond the basic cleaning.

  3. 3

    Fix in place

We repair using proper hangers, screws, and gutter-specific sealant — not household caulk and drywall screws.

  4. 4

    Show and document

You get a photo of every repair, and if we can't fix something safely we say so.

Honest Pricing

What this costs

Small repairs (one or two hangers, a loose downspout band, a seam reseal) are usually a modest add-on to your cleaning. Anything bigger is quoted before we start — never sprung on the invoice.

Full gutter replacement, new installations, fascia repair, and roofing are outside our scope. We'll refer you honestly if that's what you need.

FAQ

Common questions about minor gutter repairs

Do you replace whole gutter runs?

+

No. We're a gutter cleaning company that handles small in-place repairs. Full replacement is a different trade and we'll refer you to a good local installer rather than pretend otherwise.

Can you fix a leak I can see from the ground?

+

Usually yes — most visible leaks are end caps, corners, or a seam. All are quick fixes with proper sealant on a clean, dry joint.

How do I know if my hangers are loose?

+

You often can't from the ground. During a cleaning we check every hanger by feel — a loose one moves; a good one doesn't. We tell you what we find.
